Research On The Transformational Development And Planning Countermeasures Of The Resource-exhausted City In Xintai City

At present,the depletion of resources is an important problem faced by countries and regions around the world,and it has also caused a series of economic and social problems.Urban transformation has also become an inevitable choice for resource-depleted cities at home and abroad to solve resource shortages and urban problems.There are a considerable number of resource-exhausted cities in China,and most of them have not yet completed the transformation,and the task of transformation is heavy.Promoting the completion of transformation of these cities has become an important task for the national regional economic development.Xintai was identified as a resource-depleted city in 2011.In the face of a possible recession crisis,Xintai actively responded to the transformation,and with the efforts of all levels of units,embarked on the road of transformation and development.Transformation is a gradual process.Xintai has achieved certain results and achievements in the transformation and development,but it has not yet achieved the goal of transformation,and there are still problems that need to be improved.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the transformation and development of Xintai in recent years,find problems in the development,find solutions to solve the problems,and provide reference experience for other cities facing transformation.This article takes Xintai as the main research object and uses the literature research method,field research method,case analysis method,qualitative and scientific research under the guidance of sustainable development theory,life cycle theory,green economy theory,and growth pole theory.Quantitative analysis method,research includes cases of successful transformation of domestic and foreign resource-exhausted cities,analyzes the problems of urban transformation,and summarizes effective measures to solve the problems.By explaining the general situation of Xintai,analyzing the favorable policies supporting the transformation of resource-exhausted cities,as well as the advantages of Xintai’s urban location,good economic foundation,and diverse natural culture,etc.,grasp the basic situation of Xintai.As a resource-depleted city,Xintai began the development of urban transformation around 2010.By analyzing the effectiveness of Xintai’s transformation and development,it mainly cuts into three main aspects: economic transformation and development,spatialstructure adjustment,and ecological environment governance.To elaborate and summarize the problems existing in the transformation and development of the emerging stage,and then put forward the planning strategies for the transformation and development of Xintai in a targeted manner,and summarize the experience of transformation and development of Xintai.
