In recent years,owing to the investigation,design,construction,use and so on,the existing buildings will occur to the uneven settlement and tilting,which will affect the normal function during the service life of building.It is an economical and safe method to reinforce the existing building by means of rectifying technology.This paper discusses the reasons of the settlement and inclination of existing buildings,the method of correcting and the research situation of domestic and abroad in the the background of inclination correction projects of the light-weight steel structure.The model of light steel structure were constructed and simulated by using ANSYS finite element software.Then analyze the internal force and deformation of the structure during the process of jacking up.It is successfully implemented according to the analysis results.The main work and results are as follows:(1)Combining the status of settlement and engineering geological condition,the basic reasons of settlement and tilting of the factory were identified.According to the requirements of the rectification,the programme of jacking rectification with pile underpinning were designed.(2)When the light-weight steel structure occurred to larger settlement,the structure must be integrated analyzed before the jacking rectification.Especially,when the building occured to both vertical and horizontal displacement of the foundation,different lifting capacity and horizontal displacement should be identified according to the results of structural analysis,the requirements of the site condition and the connection of the adjacent frames.Then eliminate additional internal forces of the structure to ensure the safety and stability of the structure during the lifting process.(3)In order to ensure the stability of the structure in the process of jacking up,the bearing capacity of underpinning pile,underpinning beam and foundation must be checked.At the same time,the measures to avoid foundation torsion could be took.Based on the monitoring data of the later,the rectifying effect is good for the light-weight steel structure.It does have a certain reference to the same kind of existing buildings for the design and construction of the rectification project.
