In the process of rapid development of product manufacturing,a series of problems,such as excessive consumption of resources and energy and serious damage to the ecological environment,have become increasingly serious.Human survival is facing huge challenges,and sustainable development has become a global consensus.The manufacturing of electromechanical products is an important support for China’s social and economic development.It accounts for a large proportion of resources and energy consumption,and it is also an important source of environmental pollutants.Green design is to fully consider the specific environmental attributes of products in the process of scheme design.Green design of electromechanical products can further alleviate environmental problems and promote the sustainable development of product manufacturing.This paper mainly studies the correlation calculation of evaluation indexes and the green design correlation evaluation model of the electromechanical products during the program design stage.Through the specific analysis of the concept and content of macro and micro characteristics and the green design evaluation index,the design characteristic evaluation index system is established;the association relationship between the operation layer indexes in the evaluation index system is analyzed and the operation layer index association expression and The calculation function expression between the related indicators;combined with the analytic hierarchy process algorithm,establish the evaluation model of the green design of electromechanical products.The specific research has the following aspects:(1)Through the analysis of the concept of macro and micro characteristics and the information contained in them,the relevant elements for green design evaluation in the product design stage are sorted out,and the subordinate inclusion relationships among products,functional systems,components and parts are studied.A design scheme expression model based on macro and micro characteristics is established.(2)According to the established design expression model based on macro and micro characteristics,the activities of the product life cycle are expressed as characteristics-oriented operation activities.The characteristics-oriented operation activities and attribute indexes in each operation were studied,and the lower-level indexes of attribute indexes involved invarious operation activities were refined and sorted out,and the design characteristic evaluation index system was established.(3)Based on the design characteristic evaluation index system,the relationship between the indexes of the operation layer is studied and the relationship expression between the indexes is established.By analyzing the association relationship existing between the association indexes,the expression of the evaluation index association calculation function is established.(4)The application steps of AHP in scheme design evaluation are analyzed,and the related methods and normalization benchmarks of index characterization and normalization are studied.Combined with the evaluation index correlation calculation function,a green design correlation evaluation model is established.(5)Taking the Y80 motor as a research example,through the analysis and arrangement of the motor design scheme and related data,the green design evaluation was carried out using the established related evaluation model,and the evaluation results were analyzed and suggestions for improvement of the design scheme were given.
