With the increase of carbon dioxide emissions, the global warming trend is obvious.Electromechanical products occupy an important position in the national economy and are also large emitters of carbon. At the same time, electromechanical products as China’s exports of the largest category of products, reducing their carbon emissions can not only maintain the ecological balance, but also conducive to China’s competitiveness in carbon tariff trade exchanges. At present, most of the green design research and applications are focused on the completion of product detailed design or basic completion. At this time, the design information is relatively complete and accurate, easy to carry out environmental impact assessment or low-carbon assessment, and further optimize and improve the specific design parameters; The obvious disadvantage is that the cost of design changes is high, and the direction of improvement and optimization is crammed into a large number of non-critical information and design variables. Therefore, the overall design efficiency is low,and enterprises are difficult to apply and lack active implementation intention. This article focuses on the correlation modeling between the design scheme of electromechanical products and their life cycle carbon emissions, and the calculation method of life cycle carbon emissions during the product design phase.First use macro and micro features to express products.Secondly, based on the macro-micro-feature value, the feature operation activity quantity is multiplied by the feature-related activity carbon emission intensity coefficient to obtain the product life cycle carbon emission. The main research content is as follows:(1)By analyzing the product design process and sort out the data needed for product component design, refine the concept of macro and micro features and their specific content. The macro features are used to characterize the correlation features between components, including spatial location features, connection features, etc. The micro-features are used to characterize the detailed design features of product components, including the size features, shape features, and material features.(2)Based on the concept of macro and micro features,a product design characterization model was established.According to the different functions of the product, the components are decomposed layer by layer, first each component are expressed by micro-features,and then the product components are connected in series with the macro features according to the assembly relationship. This model can not only represent the product design ideas, but also lay the foundation for the calculation of carbon emissions in the product life cycle.(3)Based on macro-micro features,a carbon emission quantification method was proposed.Through the analysis of macro and micro features of products, calculated the carbon emissions from the material characteristics, the shape features, the technical processing features, and the macro-characteristics.Finally,the total carbon emissions during the product design process calculated.(4)Case study. This article selects some important parts of electric bicycles to conduct carbon emission calculations from both manufacturing and assembly.Through analysis and calculation,it shows that the carbon emissions generated in the manufacturing process are much greater than the carbon emissions generated by the assembly;Carbon emissions from material characteristics are the most significant. |
