Research On The Risk Factors Of The Green Renovation Project Of The First Ward Of A Hospital

The existing hospital building stock in China is huge.Due to the special function and environmental requirements of hospital buildings,the energy consumption per unit area of hospital buildings is much higher than that of general public buildings,which consumes a large amount of energy every year and becomes an important cost expenditure for hospitals.With the continuous promotion of the national policy of energy conservation and environmental protection how to reduce unreasonable energy consumption has become a practical problem faced by hospital administrators,also can save operating costs.It has become one of the most important and effective measures to realize the energy saving and reduce the energy expenditure of hospital buildings by reforming the hospital buildings that do not conform to the energy saving design code.However,some green transformation projects of hospitals are faced with various risks.Hospital managers are mostly inexperienced in engineering management and risk management.If they are slightly careless or inappropriately managed,they will face huge risk losses,which will affect the implementation process and effect of their energy-saving transformation.In order to ensure the realization of the effect of hospital building green transformation,it is urgent to establish a scientific and effective risk assessment system for hospital building green transformation.Through literature and case study,this paper aims to find out the risk influencing factors of existing hospital building green transformation project,and use the influencing factors to form an evaluation system to evaluate the risks in the process of existing hospital green transformation,as a result of the risk response and risk prevention in the process of transformation.Firstly,the concept and characteristics of the risk evaluation of green reconstruction of hospital buildings are summarized and expounded,and the green reconstruction design of hospital buildings should be carried out on the premise of satisfying the special function and intention of the hospital.Second,by Shandong province the first medical university second affiliated hospital of no.1 hospital building project case,combing the risk factors influencing the 21 items,then the principal component analysis dimensionality reduction for energy consumption analysis of risk,cost risk management,construction management,construction environment risk and risk of file changes in the end,proposes thecorresponding risk monitoring and risk coping strategies,for later in the green hospital buildings to provide the reference.
