Research On HL Company's Foreign Investment Under The Background Of "One Belt And One Road"

"The Silk Road Economic Belt" and "The 21st Century Maritime Silk Road Belt" were proposed by Chinese President Xi Jingping when he visited Haskstan and ASEAN(Hereinafter referred to as "One Belt and One Road).The "One Belt and One Road"initiative aims to strengthen regional economic cooperation and promote common development.The proposal of "One Belt and One Road" strategy has a far-reaching impact on Chinese company's overseas investment and international production capacity cooperation.According to statistics,by the end of 2017,Chinese companies have invested a total of $154.398 billion in countries along the "One Belt and One Road".Based on this,this dissertation chooses a typical HL company in the Manufacturing industry to conduct research and investigate its corresponding economic consequences.The dissertation is divided into six parts.In the first part of this dissertation,the research background and significance are described and the relevant literature at home and abroad are reviewed.The second part defines the important concepts and introduces the theoretical basis of the dissertation.In the third part,this dissertation introduces the background of "One Belt and One Road" policy and the current situation of HL company.On this basies,the influence of "One Belt and One Road" policy on HL's foreign investment is analyzed.The fourth parts calculates and analyzes the relevant data of HL company from the aspects of investment scale,market value and financial performance.This analyse reflect the effect of HL company's foreign investment.The fifth part explains the enlightenment significance of HL company's foreign investment.On the base of above research,the sixth parts draws the following conclusions:"One Belt and One Road" strategy has a positive impact on company's outbound investment activities and the foreign investment will become an effective way for Comment company to reduce overcapacity,expand overseas markets and enhance competitiveness in the future.In this disstertation,the foreign investment of HL company under the background of"One Belt and One Road" was studied from the perspective of cases.And it enriched the literature on how macroeconomic polices affect enterprises' micro-behaviors.At the same time,the research of this dissertation is also conducive to the scientific evaluation of the micro effect of "One Belt and One Road" policy,and has certain reference value for other similar enterprises to make foreign investment.
