Steel skeleton products are widely used in reinforced concrete buildings.The main way of processing is to tie longitudinal reinforcements and stirrups with wires,which is a low level of automation.In order to bend the steel netting directly and automatically and generate the steel skeleton product,the automatic bending device for the steel mesh was developed,which is significant for replacing the manual operation with mechanization in the construction industry.In this paper,the structure design and simulation analysis of the bending mechanism are carried out.The bending mechanism is an important part of the equipment.The main research contents include:First of all,this paper introduces the development of related bending equipment and the design demand of bending mechanism.The overall structure design of bending mechanism is put forward.Secondly,on the basis of functional analysis and structural design of the bending mechanism sub-module,the specific design scheme of the bending mechanism is determined and the establishment of the three-dimensional model is completed.Kinematics analysis of bending mechanism is carried out by combining theoretical analysis with simulation analysis.The purpose of kinematic analysis is to understand the parameters such as trajectory,velocity and acceleration of the bending process.Next,the dynamic static analysis method is used to analyze the dynamics of the bending mechanism and the ADAMS simulation software is used to simulate the bending process,which made the force change of each hinge point obtained during the bending process.Finally,ANSYS Workbench finite element analysis software is used to analyze the static characteristics of the bending mechanism.That is to say,the stress and strain of the bending mechanism are analyzed.The weakness of mechanical structure under static state is found through simulation analysis,which provides direction for the follow-up optimization design.
