Bionic flapping wing air vehicles set take-off,acceleration,hover in one.They are small in size and flexible in flight and they are widely used in the fields of civilian and military application.Especially for the regions that soldiers can't enter in and reconnaissance satellites can't identify,flapping wing air vehicles play a greater role because of their bio-imitability and flexibility.At present,most of domestic and international researches on the flapping wing prototype are designed with single section wing structure imitating small birds.There is little imitation of large birds.In this paper,a prototype of two-section flapping wing structure is designed with seagull as the bionic object.Its wings can achieve the "flutter-folding-reverse" movement and the flapping wing model is built.The aerodynamic force estimation,bionic scheme and structure design,kinematics and dynamics analysis,simulation analysis and experimental research on prototype and flight test of the flapping wing mechanism are carried out.The main content includes:According to the flight mechanism of birds,the demand of bionic target is determined,and the bionic size parameters are determined by the scaling law formula.The structure characteristics of birds' wings are analyzed,and the lift and thrust mechanism of birds' wings are analyzed.By the law of the movement of the large birds' wings,the bionic goals to be realized are determined.Based on the scale law formula,the relationship between the flight parameters is established.Also,the flapping wing model is established and the aerodynamic force of the flapping wing is estimated by the strip theory.The prototype implementation scheme is determined and the kinematics and dynamics of the flapping wing mechanism are analyzed.The bionic structure design is carried out and the strength analysis of the prototype is carried out.Based on the requirements of biomimetic target,the bionic object realization scheme is designed,and the design of the flutter program is focused on.Based on the vector method,the kinematical equations of the flapping wing mechanism are established,and the kinematics parameters such as angular displacement,angular velocity and angular acceleration of flapping wing mechanism are analyzed.In addition,the dynamic equation of the flapping wing mechanism is established based on the second Lagrange formula.And on the basis of the design of the program,the prototype's specific structure is designed based on the three-dimensional design software Solid Works.The three-dimensional model of the flapping wing vehicle is established.The finite element analysis of the components of the prototype which are prone to deformation and failure is carried out by using ANSYS,therefore verified the reliability of the prototype.The simulation analysis of the overall prototype is carried out,and the prototype is built.Furthermore,the experimental study and flight test are carried out.The physical model of the flapping wing vehicle is imported into ADAMS and the constraints are imposed,and the kinematics analysis are carried out to verify the rationality of the structure and the possibility of the realization of the bionic function.The force acting on the flapping wing is defined and the dynamic simulation is carried out,and the forces at the joint points of the mechanism are obtained.Based on the above work,the communication apparatus used in the prototype are selected and the processing technology of each part of the flapping wing mechanism is determined.Finally,the prototype is made and the prototype experiment is carried out to verify the bionic performance of the prototype.Also the outdoor flight test is carried out to test the aerodynamic performance of the prototype.This paper takes the large birds as the bionic object and a two-section flapping wing air vehicle is designed,which imitates large birds' flight.And the research is carried out from the flight mechanism,aerodynamic estimation,structure design,simulation analysis and prototype experiment.The research results have important theoretical and practical significance for further experimental analysis and flight control analysis.
