The survey and design industry has gradually developed into a market,information and internationalization.After 40 years of reform and opening up,it is also one of the industries that the government has strongly supported since the founding of New China.Future municipal department in charge of construction survey and design companies also put forward higher requirements of technical expertise,with the accelerating urbanization process in China.National consumption is increasing,but the number of infrastructure projects is decreasing,according to the development trend of the economic situation in recent years.Improving the design quality of engineering projects and strengthening management levels can enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises.Only by grasping the correct direction of enterprise development can enterprises go further in the market competition.The engineering survey and design industry is closely related to the direction of national economic policy guidance.This paper takes the Inner Mongolia Urban Planning Municipal Design and Research Institute as the research object for research and discussion,so that the future layout is conducive to the development of the enterprise.Under the background of the current engineering survey and design industry reform,the PEST analysis method and the five-force model analysis method are used to conduct an in-depth analysis of the external environment of the enterprise,and then the internal environment analysis of the enterprise from the aspects of resources and capabilities,combined with the enterprise development strategy.Developed a feasible development strategy for the Inner Mongolia Urban Planning Municipal Design and Research Institute,through SWOT matrix analysis.The choice of differentiation strategy provides a concrete solution path for the implementation of the enterprise development strategy,by comparing the three competitive strategies proposed by Professor Porter.Finally,this paper formulates the safeguard measures for strategic implementation in terms of organizational structure optimization,equity incentive policy formulation,and maintenance of corporate qualifications.This paper provides a clear goal for the long-term development of the company,mobilizes the enthusiasm of employees,and also provides reference for other design consulting companies of the same scale within and outside the province.
