In the field of aerospace,aircraft data need to be collected,stored and transmitted.Due to the high speed of aerospace aircraft,there are many types of data need to be collected and a large amount of data is needed.The data changes at a fast rate,and the requirements for data collection,storage and readback are also higher.The article researches and designs a high-speed digital signal storage and readback device,which realizes the collection,storage and readback of three-channel high-speed LVDS digital image data,one-channel PCM codestream data,six-channel analog data and other related functions,and realizes the data readback analysis by combining the upper computer software.Firstly,based on the analysis of high-speed digital signal storage and readback device at home and abroad and the requirements of the subject,the overall design scheme of the device is expounded.Secondly,the article mainly discusses the hardware design and FPGA software design of the device.The device is mainly composed of primary power board,acquisition board and FPGA control board.Taking FPGA as the main control unit,it controls the collection,storage,readback and reception of all kinds of data.In terms of software design,modular design is adopted,which is mainly composed of data acquisition module,cache module,NAND FLASH control module,instruction receiving module and readback module.Software design focuses on NAND FLASH access mode and signal processing across the clock domain.Then,the upper computer is used to generate all kinds of signal sources and instructions,and to process and analyze the stored data of the back reading device by sending back reading instructions to the device.The configuration and test flow of the upper computer are introduced in detail in the article.Lastly,the test and data analysis results show that the device meets the requirements of the project,and its performance is stable and reliable.
