Infrared image acquisition system is a key equipment for navigation guidance and path planning adjustment of high-speed unmanned aerial vehicles such as missiles and drones.It achieves high-speed infrared image data acquisition,storage,transmission and playback functions.High performance requirements on image acquisition rate,storage capacity and tolerance.This paper developed an infrared image acquisition system with good acquisition effect,low frame loss rate,strong anti-interference and suitable for harsh working conditions for high-speed aircraft.The main research contents are as follows:(1)On the basis of sufficient analyzing the working conditions of the system and the requirements of technical indicators,the overall scheme of the infrared image acquisition system is designed,the workflow and design principles of the system are formulated,and the main components of the system are selected.(2)In the overall framework of the acquisition system,the hardware circuit of the infrared image acquisition system with FPGA and Nand FLASH as the basic platform is designed,and the chip selected for each function block and the related circuit design are described in detail.(3)The overall logic of the system is designed according to the functional requirements of the acquisition system,the logical design and realization of each functional subblock are carried out by modular design method,including LVDS module,data cache module,Nand FLASH module,USB module,RS422 communication Module.(4)The PC software of the infrared image acquisition system is designed by using the C # and.NET Framework,and the infrared image is displayed in two ways: grayscale and pseudocolor enhancement;the infrared image data is transferred to the designated storage as needed device.The software has good portability and platform compatibility.On the basis of the above research work,the principle prototype of the infrared image acquisition system was developed.The experimental platform was built in conjunction with the host computer and the infrared camera.The board-level verification and functional debugging were carried out.The results show that the infrared image acquisition system can realize the effective collection and storage of infrared image,and has excellent characteristics such as stable operation,high reliability,and low cost,which fully meet the needs of the subject.
