Abstract/Summary:
With the development of modern artillery system, the requirement of dynamic parameter measurement during projectile launching process is higher and higher.Because that the traditional testing methods couldn’t meet the test requirements,it is,urgent to develop a projectile-borne storage testing system which is high-sampling-rate,large-memory,low-power-consumption.In this paper, the research and design of a large-capacity,multi-channel,high-sampling-rate projectile-borne storage testing system is completed.Firstly, this paper describes the purpose and significance of the research. After the investigation of the domestic and international projectile-borne storage testing technology, considering various technique targets in signal acquisition and storage, the general scheme of projectile-borne storage testing system is presented. In the aspect of hardware design, this paper describes the hardware design principle of each function module of the system in detail, and then, the circuit design of the signal conditioning module, power supply module, main control module, trigger control module, storage module, data transmission module and other core modules of the system are given. In the aspect of software design, the design and the realization of software algorithm in system are completed according to the system function and some key technologies such as mixed data coding, data compression and encryption, and FLASH high speed storage are described in detail. Finally,Experiments show that the design in this paper of the projectile-borne storage testing system is stable and reliable which could completely record the dynamic parameters in the environment, fully meet the requirements of technical indicators.
