Investigation On The Development Status Of Farmhouse Bookstores In Liuqiao Town, Tongzhou District, Nantong City

The state attaches great importance to the construction of rural culture,rural library is not only responsible for providing ideological guarantee and spiritual power for the construction of the new countryside,but also able to effectively meet the reading needs of rural residents.Meanwhile,It can improve the farmers' spiritual life,their science and culture quality,and empower them with science and technology to be well-off.It can help farmers with opportunities of reading at the same time,reduce rural conflicts,and improve social harmony.However,problems still exist concerning the construction and development of rural libraries.How to help the libraries achieve sustainable development and to improve public service for new rural construction is of great importance.This thesis takes evidence from Liu Qiao town of Tongzhou District in Nantong city,and analyzes the problems of the rural libraries before gives feasible suggestions for further development.
