| For this thesis,the new product development process of wheel loader is studied and analyzed.This thesis is based on existing wheel loader’s product development processes,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages between the current domestic and foreign wheel loaders’ product development processes,compares the rapid mothed and life cycle mothed,put forward the practical definition of wheel loader product development process,provides the utility wheel loader process and describes the key process.In this thesis,expounds the definition of customers’ requirements to improve the customer satisfaction;increases the Pro/M analysis to reduce the design risks,put the test and field follow process to decrease the quality failure,prepare the product support data before the production to optimize the process.The thesis is using 5T wheel loader as the sample to analyze the new product improvement process,which includes the investigating the customer’s requirements,the vehicle model design,the system design,the samples manufacturing,the test machines building,and the machine testing and field follow,the pilot machines building and the production machine building,etc.The important is analyzing the key points in every phase to optimize the process to keep this process will be the reasonable process to fit for the companies to achieve the biggest OPPAC and meet the customers’ satisfaction.In this paper,the optimized new product process development process is introduced in detail and give an accurate explain of the key points in every phase by samples,especially for the practice of the process.I think this thesis’ research method and result could be the reference of the new product development process of wheel loader. |
