Prepayment IC Watt-hour meter adopts the model that the users must pay the electricity first and then use it, it solve the problem which the electric department gathered the payments from the electric users. However, the Prepayment IC Watt-hour meter exist severe problem of itself own. The first, the electric department lacks supervising and managing to these Watt-hour meter, electric larceny is very difficult be discovered and investigated; The second, IC card is polluted and damaged easily, and it is easy to be attack the within system through the exoteric card interface and will lead to the within system confusion; The third, it is unaccommodated in public place that a meter read-write a card only.The main purpose of this design is to solve the disadvantage of Prepayment IC Watt-hour meter. In order to prevent the user stealing the electric energy, the electric department's microcomputer carries on the management through the RS485 network to the Watt-hour meter. It takes the radio frequency card as user card, to solve the problem which IC is polluted and damaged easily and it is easy to attack the within system through the exoteric card interface; It adopt one-to-many to meet the need of public place's electric manage.This article first introduces the Watt-hour meter's development and application in our country, and points out the problem of prepayment IC Watt-hour meter, and explains the significance and function principle of the multi-user Watt-hour meter bases on RFID. Secondly, it introduces the development and fundament principle of the radio frequency recognition technology. Thirdly, the hardware and software are introduced. Finally, we carry on the software simulation for program.This design takes AT89C52 as MCU, AD7755 as electrical energy measurement chip, MF RC500 as radio frequency interface module chip, 24LC256 as memory unit, MC14499 as LED connection chip, SN75LBC184 as the RS232-RS485 switch chip.This design's software adopts modularization, the software is divided into five big modules: communication module, electrical energy measurement module, the acoustic-optics alarm module, the radio frequency card read-write module, each module divides into certain subroutines.This article has worked out each unit circuit and all programmed, after we revised and simulated each subprogram repeatedly, the subroutine achieved design...
