| Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has achieved rapid development and surpassed Japan to become the world’s second largest economy in 2010.With the increasing economic volume of China,China and the world’s economies are becoming well-tied and trading frequently,which has led to a rapid development of China’s logistics industry.As an important part of China’s logistics industry,the aviation logistics industry has also been led to the broad way of development.Nowadays,the country is adjusting policy to promote hinterland economy by reinforcing the reform and opening and optimizing the industrial structure.As a result,the western region’s economic development is outstanding in the whole country,especially during the 12 th Five-Year Plan period.Such as Guizhou province,which has been gaining a double-digit economic growth,is providing a broad space of development for aviation logistics industry and leading the industry to a rapid development.As for the logistics industry,service is the knock-out product.The industry can only show its value and get a healthy and rapid development if the quality of service guaranteed.In all service industries,the key of good service is the quality of employees,which makes the quality of aviation logistics employees to be the upper limit of its development.As Premier Li Keqiang said,"Human resources are the most precious resources".Human resources play the most important role in the aviation logistics industry,from the provision of qualified logistics services to the inheritance of logistics culture,from the survival and development of industry to the success or failure of enterprises.With the economic integration,trans-regional,trans-enterprise and even trans-ocean logistics employees job-hopping becomes quite common,which leads to the overconcentration and scarcity of logistics talents.In order to maintain the core competitiveness,the aviation logistics enterprises are managing to hire and retain the aviation logistics industry professionals.As a manager of an aviation logistics company,the author knows that the performance management has become the key to the sustainable competitive advantage of the enterprise.Therefore,it is quite important to design and establish a suitable employee performance management system for the company to motivate and retain talents better.This article sorts out problems of the employee performance management system which is applying in GZ airport logistics company,targets to redesign the system by using the balanced scorecard,key performance indicators,management by objectives and other performance management methods.Besides,the system will be continually improved during actual operation.The author hopes to improve the employee performance management of GZ aviation logistics company by the study of this paper,and also provide reference for all aviation logistics enterprises in China’s civil aviation industry. |
