In recent years,with the promotion of the concept of "destocking and cost reduction" in the supply-side structural reform,the enterprise has gradually evolved from an extensive management model to a refined management model.The proposal of China Manufacturing 2025 has brought new opportunities for the development of domestic machinery processing enterprises,and has also triggered fierce market competition.While continuously improving process technology and expanding production capacity,enterprises should pay more attention to the transformation of production management methods,focus on green manufacturing,environmental protection and safe production,and promote high-efficiency and flexible production methods.The lean production idea is not only consistent with the "people-oriented"concept advocated by the scientific development concept,but also can effectively reduce costs,improve economic efficiency,and create a positive and enterprising corporate culture.At present,the concept of lean production management has been gradually promoted and practiced in large and medium-sized enterprises in various fields and industries at home and abroad.This paper takes DL machining enterprise as the research object,according to the current situation that the production management system is not perfect,proposes the idea of introducing lean production management,and rationally selects the tool method to innovate the production management mode of DL company,and improve its economic benefit and market competitiveness.First of all,through field survey visits and data analysis and comparison,to find out the current problems of DL company,mainly the scene environment chaos,low product delivery rate,low yield of some products,inventory is too high.The main causes of existing problems are low production efficiency,inadequate quality management system,mismatched production plans and needs,and low employee quality.Secondly,on the basis of the lean production theory,the overall improvement target is determined,and the foundry workshop is used as a demonstration workshop for trial and promotion,and the company's organizational structure is adjusted to pave the way for follow-up work.Then,through the use of 6S management,full participation in quality management,kanban management and other lean production tools,improve the company's on-site environment,improve product delivery rate and yield,and reduce the company's inventory.Finally,in order to ensure the continuous improvement of lean production,it is proposed to strengthen the teamwork and human-centered management by constructing a lean culture framework and implementing two-way incentives,and at the same time construct a computer information integration system to realize the smooth flow of enterprise information flow.Through the research on lean production management of DL company,the author concludes that enterprises should pay attention to the participation of all employees in the process of implementing lean production management,and carry out specific analysis according to specific problems,step by step and can not be eager to seek conclusions.This paper hopes to help them solve problems in production management,and create a lean culture atmosphere to create a knowledge-based,learning-oriented corporate culture and improve corporate economic efficiency.At the same time,I hope that the experience and conclusions summarized in this paper can provide some reference for other small and medium-sized mechanical processing enterprises of the same type to introduce lean production management.
