Research On The Benefit Evaluation Index And Method Of Electric Energy Substitution Project

At the present stage,the problem of resource shortage and serious environmental pollution in China has been widely concerned,and it is urgent to solve the energy problem.In order to solve this problem and adjust China's energy structure and promote China's energy transformation,the national development and reform commission jointly issued the guidance on promoting power generation replacement in 2016,providing a policy basis for comprehensively promoting power generation replacement.It is of great significance to promote the revolution of energy consumption,implement the national energy strategy,and promote clean energy development.The main content of this thesis is to select the appropriate evaluation index of power substitute project and establish the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of power substitute project to analyze and evaluate the benefit of power substitute project.The theoretical basis of the comprehensive benefit evaluation model of power substitute project is ahp and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.Firstly,16 indexes were selected according to the actual situation of the power substitute project to establish the index system for the benefit evaluation of the power substitute project,and the weight of 16 indexes was determined by the analytic hierarchy process(ahp).Secondly,the expert grading method is used to evaluate the index weight of the actual project,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the benefit of the power substitute project,and the evaluation result of the project is obtained.Based on the established evaluation model,this paper evaluates the benefit of yuetan commercial building heating project in jinnan district,tianjin city.The evaluation results show that the economic benefit,environmental benefit and comprehensive benefit of yuetan commercial building are both excellent,and the social benefit is good.It is the same as the actual running result of yuetan commercial building heating proj ect,which indicates that the evaluation result of the benefit evaluation model of electric energy replacement project is of high accuracy and can be applied to the evaluation of other projects.At the same time,it also shows that the electric energy replacement project has a broad prospect and a good performance in all aspects.
