In order to ensure the sustained and healthy development of China's economy while fulfilling the responsibilities of the major powers and achieving energy conservation and emission reduction,the distributed energy multi-energy complementary energy supply system has received more and more attention.At present,China's distributed energy multi-energy complementary system research has made initial progress,but there are few studies on the comprehensive evaluation of distributed energy versatile complementary systems.Most of them are evaluated for the single benefit or index of distributed energy versatile complementary systems.,and are not objective and comprehensive.This paper will study the evaluation of comprehensive benefits.Firstly,this paper takes a regional energy planning project as a case object,uses DeST software to establish the regional architectural model of the case project and simulates the whole-year hourly cooling load of the building,and analyzes the total hot and cold of the regional architectural complex of the case project.Using the survey data and the "norm" area index and hourly load sharing method,the annual and hourly electric load and the domestic hot water load of the regional building group are simulated and calculated,and the annual project hourly electric load and life of the case project area group are analyzed;Based on the above calculation and analysis results,the annual and hourly cold,heat,electricity and domestic hot water load characteristics of the case project are further analyzed,which provides the basis for the subsequent regional energy supply system and system operation plan.Secondly,the paper investigates the energy resources of the case project area,and conducts a preliminary technical assessment of the feasibility of using the energy resources in the project area from the perspective of energy supply intensity characteristics and time characteristics,and finally,the energy resources and energy utilization systems available in the case project area will be proposed.According to the energy demand characteristics of the case project obtained from the previous analysis,combined with the characteristics of the regional energy supply system,four primary energy supply system primary selection schemes are proposed,and then the operation mode,operation plan and equipment selection of each primary selection scheme are determined.The annual and typical daily operations of the four regional energy supply system solutions are analyzed.Then,based on the principle of comprehensive evaluation index selection,combined with existing literature research,engineering project experience and case project situation,from the five aspects of economic benefit,energy efficiency,environmental benefit,technical benefit and social benefit,established a comprehensive evaluation index system consisting of five secondary indicators and eighteen three-level indicators.The weight determination method of each indicator and the comprehensive evaluation method of distributed energy multi-energy complementary system are introduced.Finally,this paper uses fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to establish a fuzzy mathematical model of comprehensive evaluation,combined with existing literature research and expert opinions,using fuzzy membership function to assign quantitative evaluation indicators,using fuzzy statistical method to assign qualitative evaluation indicators;using analytic hierarchy process Determine the weight of each evaluation index;and comprehensively evaluate the four regional energy supply system primary selection schemes of the case project.In the end,the best economic benefits are the first option: cold and heat electricity triple supply system + river water source heat pump system + solar heat collection system;the best energy efficiency is scheme 2: cold and heat electricity triple supply system + buried pipe Source heat pump system + solar collector system;the best environmental benefit is scheme 2: cold and heat power triple supply system + ground tube ground source heat pump system + solar collector system;The best technical benefit is scheme 4: conventional chillers + gas boilers;the best social benefits are options 1 and 2,and the best overall benefits are option 1.Therefore,the recommended solution for the case project is solution 1: cold,heat and power triple supply system + river water source heat pump system + solar collector system.
