The Revitalization Concept Of Old Industrial Factory Buildings Based On Creative Industries

With the acceleration of urbanization in China,the rising of high-tech industries and the rapid development of market economy,the urban layout centered on industry has been gradually eliminated,and the old industrial factories in cities are facing the situation of being dealt with,pushed down and rebuilt.In the process of exploring,the article first considers the fundamental problems between urban development,architectural thinking,aesthetic interest,cultural art and industrial innovation,and then studies the specific methods of building activation.The first chapter of the article is the basis of the subject.Based on the background of adjustment of industrial zones,dilemma of industrial buildings,direction and requirement of urban renewal brought about by urban development and transformation,this paper collates the literature of relevant research and practice at home and abroad,and analyses the significance and comprehensive value of the present stage for the reconstruction of old industrial factory buildings.The second chapter of the article discusses the development origin and artistic characteristics of the most important keywords "old industrial building","building activation" and "creative industry".This paper objectively summarizes the existing problems in the activation of old industrial buildings: 1.backward overall concept;2.imperfect normative system;3.weak driving and promotion of new industries;4.the limitation of architectural transformation thinking;in creative industries,we should focus on the four key connotations of "culture","industry","novelty" and "application".The third chapter of the article puts forward the related contents of the old industrial elements and artistic characteristics inherent in the industrial plant area.The article classifies the space elements in old industrial buildings into several categories,including 1.Beam and column walls of factory buildings 2.Lattice windows 3.Rail tracks,tanks,pipelines 4.Event slogans,and combining with the analysis of their application in actual cases,the paper concludes the applicability of the old industrial elements in creative industrial space.Industrial elements will directly become the atmosphere creation and penetrate the air in architectural form and indoor space.The existing factors of enhancing industrial aesthetics.The fourth chapter of the article is mainly about the design method of building elevation and interior space in the transformation of old industrial buildings.The article mainly divides the building facade into twodirections: protection and innovation.The interior space mainly discusses three aspects: spatial pattern,interface design,installation and soft installation.The main content of the fifth chapter is based on the research content of the whole paper,comparing the development status of the old industrial plant in Tiexi,Shenyang,and deeply analyzing the overall regional positioning of Tiexi building.At the beginning of the founding of the People’s Republic of China,Shenyang was known as the "Ministry of Equipment of the Republic",but now the old industrial plant area in Tiexi District of Shenyang is no longer prosperous.According to the space shaping of Shenyang Tiexi creative industry,the "internal thinking"-design principle is established.This paper puts forward the design principles of logical succession,era foresight,unified macro-control planning and eco-saving for old building renovation.According to the guidance of the above "internal thinking" and the method of old industrial building transformation,the actual and concrete transformation configuration of Tiexi District in Shenyang is carried out.In the existing old factory buildings,old residential buildings with representative and common characteristics are selected,and specific strategies such as color,material,interface form are analyzed.Select the design methods of excellent cases in the world to introduce them.Throughout the full text,the two major parts of the article are 1.Exploring the development process of the subject,humanistic connotation and principles and methods 2.The specific application of building activation in the old industrial plant area of Tiexi in Shenyang.It is hoped that this paper will provide a reference for transforming Shenyang’s old industrial factory into a creative and cultural industrial district and building Shenyang into a symbolic creative industrial district with industrial aesthetics.
