Research On The Application Of Financial Shared Service Centers In Enterprises

With the rapid growth of China's economy and the continuous improvement of its influence,China's large-scale construction enterprises are expanding and gradually joining the ranks of international competition.At present,the state is vigorously supporting the infrastructure construction and implementing the "one belt and one road" initiative.The construction enterprises are facing more opportunities.However,the traditional financial management mode can no longer meet the needs of the expansion of enterprises and even constrains the development of enterprises.Therefore,if enterprises want to further develop,they need to change the traditional concept of financial management and seek a new mode of operation and management,that is,Financial Sharing Service mode.As an advanced management mode,financial sharing service is widely used by large enterprises all over the world.More and more large enterprises are joining in the construction in China.The arrival of the information age provides technical support for the construction of the sharing center,and promotes enterprises to realize the transformation and upgrading of financial management through the construction of the financial sharing service center.In this paper,we use the method of literature research and case analysis to study TJ company which implements financial sharing service center in construction enterprises in China.Firstly,based on the summary of related literature on sharing service,we have a certain understanding of Financial Sharing service.Secondly,taking TJ Company as the research object,the background of its construction and the specific links of its construction plan are analyzed in detail,focusing on the organizational structure adjustment,information system integration and business process reestablishment in the core links of the construction process.From the aspects of business efficiency,cost control,accounting quality,management and control,this paper analyses the operation effect and problems in the operation process of TJ Financial Sharing Service Center.Finally,through the analysis and induction of the problems in the operation process,the paper puts forward specific suggestions to optimize TJ company's Financial Sharing Service center.Hope to provide some reference for other construction enterprises interested in building financial sharing service center.The application of financial sharing service mode has a certain role in promoting the upgrading of financial management of large enterprises,and today is the best time to build financial sharing service.The development of information technology can effectively guarantee the construction and operation of Financial Sharing Service center,and provide support for the development of Financial Sharing Service Center through the development of technology,so large enterprises can pass through.Through the application of financial sharing service model to realize the value of enterprises.
