As the infrastructure of the city,the utility tunnel includes water supply and drainage pipelines,power pipelines,heat pipelines,natural gas pipelines,communications pipelines and other public pipelines to meet the needs of urban life and production.They support the normal operation of the city,but at the same time,they are also dangerous.Every year,numerous human and financial resources are lost because of the accidents happened in the utility tunnel.Therefore,more and more attention has been paid to the informatization and intelligent management of the utility tunnel.The informatization management can not only reduce the labor intensity of the staff,but also detect abnormalities in time,so that the staff can deal with them in time and avoid accidents.However,because of the different equipment types and communication protocols used in the intellectualized system of utility tunnel,the system integration is difficult and low.In order to solve the problem of poor universality and low integration of traditional integrated system,Niagara FrameworkTM is selected as the integrated platform,and an integrated system suitable for the digitalization of utility tunnel is designed.Based on the technology of Niagara Internet of Things,this thesis is developed as an integrated utility tunnel system.Niagara software platform overcomes the problem of protocol incompatibility in the industry and allows equipment from different manufacturers to be seamlessly integrated in an automation system.This system is a digital integrated system for a utility tunnel.It mainly integrates the environment and equipment monitoring system,fire control system,security system and other systems into an interrelated and coordinated intelligent integrated system to realize the unified management,information sharing and interacting control of each system.Firstly,this thesis introduces the research status of integrated pipeline gallery system at home and abroad,and points out the research significance of this topic.Secondly,it mainly introduces Niagara software platform,including its function and structure,and points out the significance of applying Niagara technology to integrated system.Thirdly,according to the principle of integrated system design,the overall design scheme of integrated system is given,and the integrated system is divided into different levels.Fourthly,the concrete design and implementation of the utility tunnel integration system on the Niagara software platform is introduced in detail.According to the user requirements and system characteristics,the man-machine interface is designed.The functions include data collection and display,equipment operation monitoring,fault alarm,historical data recording,multi-user authorization and management.And according to the internet-based Web technology on the Niagara software platform,remote access and management can be realized.Fifth,although the Niagara software platform can adopt different communication protocols for different types of data,it will increase the additional cost of the system,reduce the continuous reuse rate and increase the complexity of programming.Therefore in order to transmit data efficiently,this thesis designs a RFUDP(Reliable and Fast UDP,RFUDP)protocol based on UDP protocol.This system realizes the design of the integrated utility tunnel digital integration system based on Niagara Internet of Things technology.Through system debugging,it proves that the designed system runs stably and reliably. |
