| With the development of new technology our living situations have been much more convenient than ever, especially technologies like microelectronics, software, network, control and network technology, these make intelligent life style become possible for us.This paper mainly discusses about the intelligent gateway platform, which is going to find a solution to connect all the terminals, and build an modern smart home system with Internet of Things technology.With the interpretation of the smart home, this article complete the smart gateway design based on the ARM hardware and Linux system, and also complete the phone applications of the smart home. This paper first analyses the demand of the smart home, and based on the research the paper designed an solution of the smart home system. Then by the characteristics and function of intelligent gateway, the paper established the platform with Linux core, and completed the research of algorithm of video services and detecting of moving objects, and proved the reliability through actual test. This paper also completed the development of the smart home applications, the function modular design, including video receive module, database management module, network module, message push module and update module. The information exchange format for communication gateway and mobile phone has been made in the unified definition. Finally, experiments were carried out to test, it has achieved certain results, verifying its feasibility.Now the system can is in its very original design, and more functions will be completed very soon. At present it can achieve function such as monitor, alarm and basic control, at the same time it can be compatible with the other interfaces. So it will be widely used in the near future. |
