In the aftermath of the latest financial crisis,implementing "Made in China 2025" strategy and intensifying supply-side reform are important tasks facing the current situation.As an important part of the national economy,the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry is of great urgency.In face of increasingly serious environmental issues,energy shortage and the long-term monopoly of key technologies in automobile manufacturing by developed countries in Europe and the United States,vigorously developing new energy vehicles will not only help solve the problems of resources,energy,environmental protection and noise pollution faced by the development of China's automobile industry,but also help China to achieve"corner overtaking" The output of new energy vehicles in China is expected to reach 5 million by 2020.China will become the most promising market in the world and the largest sales market of new energy vehicles.Huatai Automobile Group,as a local brand deeply cultivated in the automotive field,has achieved the batch production of new energy vehicles and key parts after years of development.But compared with the leading domestic enterprises and international well-known enterprises,there is a certain gap in the volume and product quality of the company.More steps are to be taken.According to the external environment of the industry and the internal environment of the group itself,how to compile the development strategy of the group,enhance the core competitiveness,and then promote the development of the group,and stand firm in the market without decline will be an urgent pfoblem to be solved in the scientific development process of the group.Firstly,this paper summarizes the basic theories and methods of strategic management,and briefly introduces the basic situation of enterprises.Then,the external environment of Huatai Automobile Group is analyzed,and the PEST model is used to analyze the external environment factors of new energy vehicles at this stage;the Porter Five Force Model is used to analyze the competitive environment of the group;the internal resources,core technology,business capabilities and core competitiveness of the group are analyzed,and finnaly the key factors of internal and external environment of the group are concluded.On this basis,SWOT model is used to analyze the strategic matching,and the development strategy of new energy vehicles suitable for Huatai Automobile Group is selected to determine its short-term,medium-term and long-term strategic objectives.In this paper,the internal and external environmental factors of the development of new energy vehicles in Huatai Automobile Group are analyzed systematically and comprehensively.And the analysis provides a strong practical basis for strategic decision-making and implementation.The development strategy summarized in this paper will of great help to Huatai Automobile Group's internal management system,the large-scale development of new energy vehicles,and the development layout of the group's future new energy vehicles.
