In recent years,with the steady development of the national economy,the continuous advancement of the urbanization process and the normative development of the construction industry,the construction industry as a pillar industry of the country has ushered in a bright future.At the same time,due to industry restrictions,sector divisions and low technical barriers,homogenization competition is becoming more and more serious in the fully competitive industrial and civil construction markets.What this paper needs to solve is how the construction companies can develop and implement through effective competition strategies to gain competitive advantage in order to cope with the increasingly competitive market changes and achieve sustainable development.This paper takes China Nuclear Huatai Construction Co.,Ltd.as the research object,based on the relevant research,makes full use of the relevant theory of strategic management,analyzes the external environment of the company through PEST analysis method and “five force model” analysis method,and analyzes the value chain through value chain.The law analyzes the internal environment of the company and uses the external factor evaluation matrix(EFE)and the internal factor evaluation matrix(IFE)to quantitatively analyze and evaluate the internal and external environment.On this basis,using SWOT analysis and quantitative strategic planning matrix(QSPM)analysis,it is concluded that China Nuclear Huatai Construction Co.,Ltd.has limited internal resources and insufficient management capability,and does not have the competitive advantage in all product markets.Give priority to the “centralization strategy”.The development strategy of China Nuclear Power Huatai Construction Co.,Ltd.focuses on “focusing and upgrading”.Through organizational guarantee,functional guarantee and risk control guarantee,it focuses on the main business,focuses on key areas,focuses on quality customers and projects,optimizes resource allocation and consolidates market position.And strengthen the professional construction capacity and other six aspects to ensure the effective implementation of the competitive strategy,improve the company's market competitiveness,and achieve high-quality development.Through the competition strategy research of China Nuclear Huatai Construction Co.,Ltd.,this paper not only comprehensively analyzes the favorable conditions and competitive advantages of the company's participation in market competition,but also objectively reveals the outstanding problems and the competitive environment within the company.Some of the results and opinions put forward by the Institute will provide reference and operability for the company to formulate a more scientific and reasonable competition strategy in the future,and it will also bring some inspiration to the competitive development of the same industry and construction companies of the same nature.
