Research On The Site Selection And Layout Of Nanjing Iveco Automobile Plant

As the constantly extension of urban space,lots of industrial enterprises have been involved into the main urban area,which brings a lot of problems to urban development.For the needs of urban planning and construction,industrial layout adjustment,enterprise's self-development,lives of citizen,ecological environment improvement,"moving from urban to the industrial park" takes place warmly in big cities all over the country,enterprises are encouraged to relocate in different places.How can these enterprises use the resources properly,reduce the producing cost,increase the efficiency during the relocation movement,as to be competitive in the field,the location and the layout planning's ability and quality become the key or even decisive factors.Enterprise facility location and layout planning has strategic significance for the production and operation of enterprises and the long-term development of enterprises.Location and layout have important research value.This paper takes the relocation project of Nanjing IVECO Automobile Complete Factory as the background,takes the site selection and layout design of Nanjing IVECO Automobile Complete Factory as the research and application object,and according to the needs of enterprise development,production process requirements,urban and regional economic development planning,comprehensive consideration of the basic theory of plant environmental conditions,application facility planning and design.Based on the comprehensive factor evaluation method,the location of the plant is determined.On this basis,the related theories and methods of SLP systematic layout design are further applied to analyze,design and evaluate the layout of the company.The optimized layout scheme of the plant is obtained and applied in practical work.Achievement of this article can be used as a valuable and important reference for company location and layout design.
