| The basic theory of facilities planning study is that after determining of production the enterprise arranges the operation points according to the production, aim for the minimum energy, while the research of the facilities planning is to study the minimum arrangement. This kind of energy is defined as logistics energy, which is the energy input for material movement. The facilities planning is a system energy, which is not the movement energy of a particular object, but the whole movement energy of the system.The main factors effect logistics amount are weight, distance, method of moving material between activity points, the packaging form of materials and moving time, which are known as the PRQST, project, route, quantity, time. Based on the optimized object, two optimization goals of facilities planning has been raised: the minimum overall logistics amount, that is to reduce the moving distance in a movement with a certain weight, which can reduce the energy inputs in the movement, and a reduction in the moving distance will increase the moving distance of the other items, the reasonable selection of an item moving distance is the optimization method.Based on the actual situation of enterprises relocation and the tubesheet workshop reformation, using from table method to analyze the workshop layout and product process, and making use of existing resources, logistics and facilities layout improvement to integrate the existing production layout, which improves the enterprise production flexibility, increases production capacity and decreases the cost. At the same time, this paper takes the tubesheet workshop as an example, to study some method or means of rational planning for manufacturing resource layout, thereby a good reference and recommendation can be worked on formal relocation to optimize the arrangement of other related factory or workshop. |
