At present,the imperfection of the safety protection measures in the electric vehicle charging process leads to the frequent occurrence of electric vehicle charging safety accidents.Solve the problem of charging safety is the primary problem in the field of electric vehicles.The safety protection of the charging equipment is the necessary condition to ensure the safety of the electric vehicle charging process.Therefore,based on the national safety standards of 2016 electric vehicles and actual operation,this paper designed a set of safety monitoring intelligent monitoring devices to assist the charging equipment to ensure the safety of the charging process.In this paper,the author first analyzes the factors that affect the safety of electric vehicle charging process from the aspects of people,vehicles and equipment.According to these factors,it puts forward the requirements and measures for the safety protection of the charging process.Based on the analysis of these requirements put forward the overall plan of safety protection intelligent monitoring device.This paper introduce the key technologies involved in the intelligent monitoring device,such as insulation detection,temperature detection technology and so on.Then,combined with the analysis of safety protection factors,we select the key physical quantities in the charging process,and establish a mathematical evaluation model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation for the operation state of charging equipment.Finally,based on the principle of key technologies,an insulation detection circuit based on HCNR201 high precision linear optocoupler and a temperature detection circuit are designed.According to the hardware,the software of the intelligent monitoring device is completed.The hardware circuit and the state evaluation part of the intelligent monitoring device are combined by software,and the real-time and accuracy of the whole software system is improved by interruption design,timing design and redundancy design.Setting experiental platform is to test the intelligent monitoring device of the electric vehicle safety protection.The test shows that the design of each function circuit is reasonable.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation result of charging device can effectively combine the evaluation factor parameters to predict the operation state of charging device.
