Standardized Design Of Shenzhen's New Fire Station Building

As the frontier city of China's reform and opening up,Shenzhen took the lead in the reform of the fire protection system in April 2009,implementing the “fire separation”.The original “combination of occupation and active duty and joint responsibility for firefighting” was transformed into the socialization of firefighting by the public security firefighting department,and the firefighting and rescue work fell to the firefighting detachment.In recent years,firefighting work has also gradually evolved from traditional single fire prevention and management to integrated and specialized emergency response.The professionalization of firefighters has also become an inevitable trend in the context of the reform of the fire protection system.The reform of the system has brought about the impact on the construction of fire stations.Under the new system,how to build a fire station building that matches the new system has become a problem for all parties in society.Since October 2014,the “Shenzhen Fire Station Standardization Design Research and Construction Project Competition” was officially launched by the Shenzhen Municipal Public Security Fire Fighting Team and the Bureau of Public Works of Shenzhen Municipality,and Shenzhen Center for Design.The builders,users,designers and other parties through workshops conducted field surveys of fire stations,brainstorming sessions and design competitions in Shenzhen and Hong Kong,summed up and summarized the design of fire station buildings,and tried to establish a fire station building.Standardization system,put it into practice through project construction.Through the preliminary results and the actual landing of the project,it will provide a theoretical basis for the design of fire stations in Shenzhen and even the country in the future.This article focuses on the “Shenzhen Fire Station Standardization Design Research and Construction Project Competition” and the construction of more than 20 new fire station buildings in Shenzhen,and combines the “Shenzhen Fire Station Standardization Design Research and Construction Project Competition” results: “Shenzhen "Study on the Standardization and Individuation Design of Municipal Fire Stations" and "Atlas of Standardization Research on Fire Stations" and "Study on the Design of Fire Stations Based on Shenzhen-Hong Kong Comparison" and other research theories.Standardized design of new fire station buildings in Shenzhen from various aspects The study,through the construction of more than 20 new fire station projects in Shenzhen,carries out the design practice test and initially sets up a standardized design system for the new type of fire station building in Shenzhen.
