Qingdao aviation market develops rapidly in recent years,and the airport throughput is obviously increasing year by year.In 2017,airport passenger throughput topped 20 million for the first time.Among them,the increase trend of international passenger number is more significant,which break through 3 million people.Since 2017,the Qingdao aviation exit market has been affected by direct shipping,the original competition pattern has changed greatly.There are three obvious characteristics.First,the survival environment of large hub airlines is poor especially for the overall long-distance market.Second,the competition has been intensified day by day.Last,the market ticket prices show a larger downward trend.On the basis of reviewing the current situation and predicament of Air China's exit market in Qingdao,this paper subdivides the attributes of passengers in Qingdao's outbound market which combined with the domestic and foreign research theory and its own practical experience.And the factors that affect the travel choice of each type of passengers are analyzed respectively.This paper analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges faced by Air China in Qingdao's outbound market,especially in the competition of long-distance routes.Based on the analysis of marketing elements,the paper puts forward the research method of compound product development in Qingdao exit market of Air China to achieve the unity of pertinence and feasibility and to realize accurate marketing.In this paper,we clearly put forward the compound product plan of Qingdao exit market for different types of passengers,which aims at product development,optimization of product line,so that Air China's advantages can be brought into play,disadvantages can be supplemented,and precision marketing can be realized.Finally,we can promote the sales of Air China in the market,and lift the market share of Air China in Qingdao.
