Research On The Impact Of Zhengzhou-Xi'an High-speed Rail On The Accessibility And Tourism Economy Of Cities Along The Line

The change of transportation mode plays an important role in the development of tourism.The opening of High-speed railway shortens the distance between cities along the route,it affects the accessibility,tourism flow and the tourism industry structure of the region along the route,this in turn strengthens the economic links between cities and affects the development of the tourism economic along the cities.This paper summarizes the basic theories of tourism system theory,core-edge theory and traffic economic belt,and summarizes the research on the impact of High-speed railway on tourism.Finally,it was decided to choose the city along the Zhengzhou-Xi'an High-speed railway as the research object.Firstly,the influence of High-speed rail on urban accessibility was analyzed using ArcGIS,accessibility model and GIS inverse distance weighted difference method.Then,using Spss regression analysis between the city's railway passenger volume and tourism economic indicators,the changes of economic indicators were found.Finally,using grey prediction model and Matlab predict the values of each tourism economic indicators in cities without High-speed rail way.Through conparative analysis,the impact of the opening of High-speed rail on the accessibility and tourism economic development of cities was analyzed.The conclusion of this paper include the following two aspects:(1)The opening of the High-speed railway improves the accessibility of the city,but it has different effects on different cities.This paper analyzes the influence of Zheng zhou-Xi'an High-speed rail on the accessibility of cities along the route,from three aspects of effective average travel time,economic potential value and daily accessibility.In general,the opening of Zhengzhou-Xi'an High-speed rail makes the accessibility of cities along the route in the area unevenly distributted.Specifically,the accessibility of cities such as Zhengzhou and Xi'an,which at both ends of the line are smaller,the accessibility of cities such as Lingbao,Sanmenxia and Luoyang,which are in the middle of the line,has increased significantly.(2)The opening of High-speed rail has different effects on the tourism economic of different cities.For cities with rich tourism resources and economic developed,the opening of the High-speed rail has brought more tourists to them,promote the development of local tourism economy.For example,the provincial capitals Xi'an and Zhengzhou along the High-speed railway,the opening of High-speed rail has made domestic tourism revenue and tourism foreign exchange income of the two cities rising steadily.For cities with rich tourism resources and economic development,High-speed railway has obvious impact on various tourism economic indicators in such cities.The opening of High-speed rail has brought positive promotion to the local tourism economy,accompanied by corresponding challenges.For example,the city of Luoyang.The opening of Zhengzhou-Xi'an High-speed rail promoted the growth of total tourism income in Luoyang,however,it has inhibited the income of inbound tourism of Luoyang.For cities with weak tourism resources and economic development,High-speed rail brings them relatively large challenges.On the one hand,the opening of High-speed rail has created the " city effect" in cities along the route,the substitution effect between cities has obviously enhanced.For example,Sanmenxia city and Weinan city.Their tourism resources are the same as other cities.Therefore,it has a strong alternative.On the other hand,High-speed rail accelerates the flow of tourists between cities along the route,the time for tourists to stay in these cities are reduced,inhibited the development of the local tourism economic.In general,the weakening effect of High-speed rail on these cities is greater than the promotion effect.Finally,based on the problems of different types of cities,this paper puts forward some suggestions.Hope to make better use of High-speed railway development oppor-tunities for cities along the route,promote the development of tourism economy to provides scientific guidance and basis.
