Research On The Effectiveness Of Traditional Courtyard Renovation Design

Since the urbanization process started in the 1980 s,the proportion of urban population in China has exceeded 60% by the end of 2017.In the process of demolition and development of urbanization,demolition has become a normal phenomenon,apartment buildings have taken the place of the traditional courtyards of local residents where people used to live in.The elements that represents how the local economic and urban development goes to some extent become the movement of “demolition of the courtyard and the rebuild of buildings” in reality.At this point,in the reformation process of traditional courtyards,the combined reformation of traditional courtyard between traditional form and modern building form becomes the design trend of the current traditional courtyard reformation.The courtyard after reformation focuses more on the development of traditional courtyards in the form of innovation and breakthrough,although there is nothing wrong theoretically,however,it is very rare for people to investigate the life quality after the reformation,so it became a practical task for the author to excavate the invisible design result.This paper takes the urbanization process as the whole time background,from the perspective of traditional social philosophy,combining design ecology,aesthetics and psychology,theoretically states the relationship between the expected “value” and “fact” performance in the reformation design.In addition,by comparing the reality of the two,the theoretical evaluation mechanism of traditional courtyard reformation practical efficiency is put forward.In the reality,the author analyzes theaesthetic purpose,orientation and the source and tendency of the aesthetic subject under the constitution of the humanities,and the social and humanistic evaluation framework that forms the reality,taking the reformation example of “Chaer Hutong Weizayuan in Beijing area” and“the courtyard of Xixinlianjiu Hotel in Huangshan District Anhui Province”,through the specific research of the case,we can understand the actual situation of the actual transformation design,and thus understand the current situation of the practical effect of the reformation design of the courtyard in our country,so as to provide corresponding theoretical and humanistic factors about keeping balance between the expectation value and actual performance about the reformation design of traditional courtyard.At the end of this paper,the author thinks and reflects on the process of urbanization and the nature of the design industry.About the state cause of the practical effect of the courtyard reformation design,it's not just the guide results of the decision makes and the designers,the user's initiative means that the cognition and participation of the courtyard will bring about more practical effect on the courtyard.In the view of these problems,this paper makes a general reflection on the three aspects of the social features,the role of the reformer and the change of the thinking mode of the main body.It is hoped that the study on the reform design of traditional courtyard,more thoughts will be made on the nature of the urbanization process,as a result this paper will contribute to the inheritance and development of traditional architecture in traditional Chinese culture.
