Traffic is the important link of connecting city and is the main carrier for urban transport stream of people,logistics.It's ioportant for the development of urban system,regional labor division of labor,production and living element configuration,etc.China highway and total mileage among the world's first high-speed railway,aviation transportation industry is developing rapidly,the regional economic and social development and urbanization process bring significant impact on decision function structure,high-speed traffic impact on regional development,fully reflected in the urban land use structure evolution.Therefore,exploring the connection between the two has become a new research hotspot in urban geography.Based on the summary and practice case,many documents of different high-speed traffic model and the predecessors' study of the relationship between urban land and,with the help of information entropy,the dominance index,share-deviation method,principal component analysis,grey correlation analysis and regression analysis and other quantitative methods,and the GIS and RS technology,it will be three types of high-speed transportation on urban land use was analyzed separately,and the influence of the organization.Based on predecessors' research theory and rich experience,combining with an instance of a lot of research at home and abroad,this papre analyzes the present situation of three kinds of highway transportation development in shandong province and from the amount of urban land,urban land use structure,land development mode and evolution characteristics around the class four aspects analysis evolution law of urban land in shandong province and the status quo and explores the relationship between the two.The research shows that:(1)The development of high-speed traffic in shandong province is in good condition,but the "dual core" polarization phenomenon is prominent;(2)In shandong province has been a steady rise in urban land as a whole,all kinds of land use evolution has difference,industrial land,the foreign land for traffic,road square land,municipal land for public facilities and green space for growth,land for residential land,public facilities and the land for storage type for the recession;(3)Different way on the impact of highway transportation on urban land use structure and the degree is different,the highway for a greater influence on the land for industrial land,storage,high speed railway for residential land,municipal land for public facilities and green space,the most far-reaching and air transport is quite deep influence on the foreign land for traffic;(4)The influence of various indicators on urban land structure is obvious,and theimpact of high-speed traffic economic indicators is the most significant,followed by social indicators.And then paper chooses to gross domestic product(GDP),urban residents' disposable income,urbanization rate,air passenger throughput,transportation,highway mileage of fiscal expenditure,high speed railway mileage,two ratio of tertiary industry,the road density,land system,such as ten indicators,respectively.By using the principal component analysis,grey correlation analysis and regression analysis to three kinds of mathematical methods,to explore and high-speed traffic as the main body to build the index system on the influence of different urban land category of the indexes in strength,and sums up the industrial layout,location advantages to guide and city differential rent mechanism influence mechanism.These mechanisms have influence on the land structure from the aspects of choice of high-speed transportation,location advantage and land benefit.Finally,based on this,the following optimization countermeasures are proposed:(1)To improve the high-speed transportation system,and to tap the regional potential;(2)To clarify the type of urban land and optimize the layout of the land;(3)Combined with the high-speed traffic trend,the land intensification is deepened;(4)To strengthen cooperation and exchange between departments and strengthen dynamic supervision;We will improve the relevant systems and coordinate the two regulations.
