China is changing from the rapid development stage of high-speed railway to quality development.Whether to operate high-speed railway is regarded as an important indicator to measure the level of urban economy.High speed railway is widely recognized for its short-term efficiency.The reduction of transportation time cost will inevitably accelerate the flow of urban internal factors.Urban land use efficiency is an important indicator reflecting the level of urban economy.Exploring the spatial relationship between the advantages of high-speed railway and urban landuse efficiency has an important theoretical reference for developing the role of central city and improving the circulation of urban agglomeration.China’s first high-speed railway passenger dedicated line is from Liaoning,and its high-speed railway operation history and coverage area are at a higher level in China,which provides a solid practical basis for this study.In this paper,14 prefecture level cities in Liaoning Province are selected as the research objects,and the panel data from 2012 to 2016 are selected to analyze the spatial relationship between the advantages of high-speed railway and urban land use efficiency in Liaoning Province.First of all,in Liaoning Province city high-speed railway advantage rating,the author divided the cities in Liaoning Province according to the prefecture level city as the research unit,according to the selection of relevant index data,through the formula calculation of each city’s high-speed railway advantage rating,the study found that the distance from the central city of high-speed railway advantage is high,that is,the layout of high-speed railway superiority in Liaoning Province is medium The center city is the trend that the center of the circle gradually spreads outward,and with the increase of distance,the advantage of high-speed railway decreases,that is,Shenyang City,Dalian city has the highest advantage degree of high-speed railway.Due to the location advantage,Anshan City has a very high advantage of high-speed rail in the radius of Shenyang and Dalian.The opening of Shen Dan high-speed rail has greatly improved the accessibility of cities in Liaodong coastal areas,and Dandong City has benefited the most.Secondly,in the analysis of urban land use efficiency,the author investigates and determines several dimensions of urban land use input and output,selects relevant input and output indicators according to different latitude,and uses bcc-dea model to calculate urban land use efficiency of cities in Liaoning Province under different dimensions.When summing up total input and total output,it is found that BCC model is not accurate for multi DMU calculation The author uses DEA solver software to analyze the urban land use super efficiency of each city,and finally obtains the urban land use super efficiency of each city from 2012 to 2016.The research results show that the land use layout of Liaoning Province is basically consistent with the layout of highspeed railway superiority,showing a trend of weakening outward with double center cities as the center.Thirdly,the author analyzes the spatial relationship between the superiority of highspeed railway and urban land-use efficiency of cities in Liaoning Province from 2012 to 2016,and sets six grading standards for the advantage degree of high-speed railway and urban land-use efficiency respectively.When analyzing the scatter diagram,the author finds that in terms of the layout of scatter map,except for the double center cities,the distribution of cities in Liaoning Province is clustered The effect.In terms of spatial relationship,the dominance of high-speed railway and urban land use efficiency are more significant in central cities,and the significance of this spatial relationship gradually weakens with the increase of the distance between cities and central cities,and has little impact on Provincial marginal cities.Finally,the author gives reasonable policy recommendations according to the relevant conclusions.The government should consider the effect of accelerating intercity factor transfer brought by high-speed railway,focus on adjusting and reconstructing urban functions,developing the traffic location advantages of central cities,transferring the excess capacity of central cities to cities with poor capacity in urban agglomeration,and promoting the circulation within urban agglomerations.In addition,we should develop sub central cities in the province,enhance the hub role of sub central cities,and provincial departments should reasonably allocate industries in sub central cities,so as to increase the economic radiation radius of central cities through sub central cities. |
