| The Christian church architecture is the type of building that has the largest volume,the longest construction time,the largest amount of manpower and material resources,and the most complex decoration in all Western building types.The weight of Western classical architecture is unmatched by any other architectural type.,and is the origin of many traditional architectural styles.The research of architectural prototype is different from the traditional research of architectural history.It pays more attention to the historical reasons and racial memory of the changes in architectural forms.It can build a bridge between forms and emotions.It is of great significance to extract prototypes for architectural creation.This paper explores the Christian church in modern China through its unique perspective.It seeks Christian architectural prototypes derived from religious thoughts and historical events,and uses prototypes as a link to explore the pattern of architectural forms between modern and traditional churches.,with the form of epidermis,based on human psychological feelings,the relationship between history and religious nature.The article first analyzes the evolution of historical churches and the connection between Manila-style graphic prototypes and St.Peter’s Cathedral based on archetypes.Secondly,it focuses on an analysis of three modern Christian churches in China.It summarizes the formal links between the eleven small churches and the traditional churches,eight collective memories and three emotional resonances.Again based on the analysis to draw conclusions and inspiration.In the end,with the most central teaching of Christianity-Trinity and the most prominent prototype of church architecture-nobleness,this graduation design was introduced as a prototype to follow the design of the East Gate Christian Church in Luoyang Town,Taishun County,Wenzhou,with the participation of Professor Xu Min.The project,for example,completed the graduation project. |
