With the energy shortage and environmental issues,building energy conservation has become the common concerned subject in the world. The western developed countries are relatively maturing in the construction of energy-saving practices.Norms and standards have been perfect, but China’s energy-saving construction started late. With the increasing construction efforts,the short board bounds of green construction in China like the different stages of reference data missing. The relevant departments put forward using the database and model system to optimize development path of green building. The dissertation aims to study the prototype concept, using this method and means for the research of energy saving in different climatic regions and different types of construction.The first part, analysis the reason of multi-storey office building selection, as well as the necessity and possibility of establishing the prototype system and analysis that method is demonstrated through parallel system and subsystem which lays a theoretical foundation for the next step of energy consumption simulation.The second part, disentangle the factors of energy consumption of office building in carding multilayer, detailed classification of meteorological parameters and determine the research climate influencein cold Zone The climate zoning was divided in detail, to determine the low energy architecture climate zones, analysis to determine the office building with time, provide the relevant parameters for further study of multi-storey office building prototype.Based on the standard and practice,qualitative analysis on office building types and building body to determine the low energy office building theory prototype.The third part, retain structure and comparison through the analysis of the material, analysis based on the theory of prototype of retaining structure with different orientation and the insulating layer of the roof and the transparent envelope simulation,obtains the relationship of cold heat transfer coefficient area multi-storey office building envelope and rational consumption.The fourth part, analysis the domestic and international renewable energy theory and practice, explore the low energy office building in renewable energy and its application in the field of architecture. Architect should master knowledge about construction and energy integration search on analyzing the thermal systems andphotovoltaic systems.The fifth part, analysis the domestic and foreign green building assessment and comb each system of the research object, evaluation methods of index content, index system, the characteristics of different index systems. Extract stage design of office building evaluation indicators based on the comparative study and correlation extraction and fully tap the relevance between all levels of the indicators of construction evaluation index and the same level indicators with the method of horizontal and vertical classification, comprehensive building ontology factors and renewable energy factors, and to construct multi-storey office building low energy design stage evaluation index.Finally, verify multi-storey office building prototype data with example and provide guidance to overall design or reference for different climate regions designers,provide data model reference for designers who have no actual local models.
