Research On Bidding Cost Control Of Large Construction Companies

On the basis of the existing bidding and cost control research,this paper studies the influencing factors and countermeasures of bidding costs of large construction enterprises to improve the efficiency of bidding enterprises and reduce the bidding costs,which is beneficial to the construction enterprises to formulate scientific and reasonable bidding Cost optimization measures,the long-term development of large-scale construction enterprises is of great significance.In this paper,we use the method of combining theory with practice,and then use the rooting theory and factor analysis to establish the perfect index system of bidding cost influencing factors of construction enterprises.Secondly,the importance degree of each influencing factor is determined by analytic hierarchy process.The research results,in view of the key influencing factors in the bidding cost control of the large construction enterprises,have carried on the thorough analysis research,have put forward the reasonable countermeasures and the suggestion.The results of this study are as follows:(1)By using the principle of rooting theory,41 concept categories were obtained,and further integrated and integrated,the initial 20 influencing factors were established and the saturation test of the index system was completed.Finally,the factor analysis method is used to complete the verification of the index system,and 20 influencing factors are obtained.Finally,the index system of the bidding cost of large construction enterprises is established.(2)Using the principle of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP),the results of hierarchical single order and hierarchical ranking and consistency test of 17 valid questionnaires were completed.On this basis,the use of wind rose chart shows the level of single sort of the importance of sorting results,and the sorting results were explained.At the same time,according to the overall ranking of the results of the bar chart,the "lack of information platform" and "bidders unreasonable" two large construction enterprises bidding cost control key factors,(3)Through analyzing the current situation of construction enterprises bidding,completed the bidding information platform construction goal of needs analysis,put forward the bidding information platform of the main work content,the analysis of the architecture how to construct the enterprise information platform completed,followed by the system requirements analysis,preparation,function module and realization of the system,system to run the test and effect.Based on the platform,set up the general structure of the bidding information platform,and to XX company project bidding resources information sharing platform as an example,the construction of a bid information platform has been established for the running effect test.Test results show that construction enterprises bidding information platform to ensure that the bidding work efficiency,timeliness,accuracy,and effectively reduce the bid cost.(4)Different background characteristics of the bidders for the bidding work there are significant differences.The gender differences in the embodiment in the bidding work for the bidding work of high efficiency and low consumption,different age groups of workers who bid for bid project and bidding work low consumption has a significant impact on scientific legitimacy,background difference mainly reflects on the bidding project scientific legitimacy,academic degree differences embodied in scientific legitimacy and bidding project bidding work efficiency.Best bid staffing for male age 41 to 50 degree for master's senior management personnel,female 31 to 40 years old,at the same time,large construction enterprises should make full use of liberal arts professional advantage.Through the above research,we have established a relatively perfect index system of the bidding cost of construction enterprises,and put forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the key factors such as "lack of information platform" and "unreasonable bidder allocation" The platform can significantly improve the efficiency of the bid and reduce the bidder travel and other bidding funds,a reasonable bid for the staff of the scientific nature of the project,the tender work efficiency and low consumption has a significant impact,so that the construction enterprises for the tender Cost control to provide a certain basis for reference.
