At present,the international trade in goods more than 2/3 are transported through the sea.Facing the development trend of economic globalization,the status and function of modern port in the process of social and economic development have been greatly changed.Through study on current situation of port logistics in XiaoShan,carries on the analysis to the XiaoShan port logistics development with SWOT analysis method,clear the XiaoShan port in the port logistics development advantages and disadvantages,XiaoShan port logistics development level evaluation,and on this basis,emphatically analysis the Xiao Shan port logistics development process problems,put forward corresponding resolving measures,and puts forward some suggestions on the future port of XiaoShan's long-term development and positioning.In this paper,through the analysis of the different characteristics of the domestic and international inland port logistics development,investigation and research of XiaoShan port of water transport logistics network and the port status,and profound analysis of XiaoShan port logistics development opportunities and challenges proposed waterway and port infrastructure logistics basic element of the layout and planning,so that the region of the waterway network with railway and highway,do more perfect cohesion can be.By improving the social logistics efficiency,reduce the cost of social logistics,bring XiaoShan waterborne economy good development opportunity,security was the benign development of regional economy,trying to get rid of XiaoShan waterway economy stagnant state.Put forward the strategic target of the development of the port logistics for the better and more healthy development of the regional economy in XiaoShan.
