Research On Budget Management Of XGSY Building Project

Budget management can help enterprises to realize scientific management.For an enterprise how to budget management can be called scientific and effective,the first should be a global view,it can be in the whole construction process has played the role of control,and should be the effective use of resources and funds in terms of finishing in the whole process,cost and quality in order to achieve win-win situation.budget management through the comparison of different design schemes in economic advantages and disadvantages,and provide reference for the design of the designer can improve the direction.How can we do from the budget to the budget,from the budget to the accounts,control cost more effectively.This paper reveals the budget management problems of the project through the XGSY project.In view of the budget management problems of the project,this paper puts forward an effective method from a point of view,which proves its validity theoretically and can be applied to practice.First,based on BIM,XGSY project management structure and management process are established.Secondly,BIM technology is applied to the whole project of XGSY project budget management.The application of BIM technology and comprehensive budget management in the whole process can effectively control the project cost,reduce the workload of the budget staff,make the cost of the project more accurate.And a large number of tedious data are integrated,integrated and saved efficiently through the means of computer and information network,so as to realize information management.To sum up,in the budget management project in the use of good BIM technology,will further enhance the enterprise's project budget management level,and further enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,for the enterprise project budget management to provide scientific assurance.
