| The flow of oil resources has become a way to ensure the safety of oil supply and demand, and to realize the optimal allocation of oil resources. To explore the evolution of the world oil resource flow network is of great significance to ease the contradiction between supply and demand of oil resources among countries and ensure the safety of oil resource supply among different countries. With the increasing dependence of China’s oil import volume and oil import,China’s oil resource import faces many severe challenges, which to a large extent has a negative impact on the healthy development of China’s national economy. To investigate the evolution of China’s role in the oil flow network and the characteristics of the oil flow network between China and other countries, and to analyze the current situation and difficulties of China’s foreign oil cooperation will help China to formulate a targeted oil cooperation strategy.Based on the data of world oil resources import and export from 2000 to 2017,this paper first analyzes the temporal change, spatial pattern and agglomeration degree of the world oil resources import and export based on mathematical statistics,Arc GIS visualization and spatial analysis related methods.Secondly, with the help of social network analysis methods, this paper analyzes the evolution characteristics of the world oil resource flow pattern from the overall and local perspective;then,it studies the evolution of China’s role in the world oil resource flow network and the evolution characteristics of China and other countries’ oil resource flow network. On this basis, the paper analyzes the current situation and existing difficulties of China’s oil cooperation, and finally puts forward the enlightenment for China’s oil cooperation. This article draws the following conclusions:(1)The world’s oil resource import shows a trend of fluctuation and rising, and the import quantity and proportion of each continent are significantly different. The high oil resource import type areas are mainly concentrated in the northern hemisphere, which generally presents a "northwest southeast" distribution pattern. The spatial agglomeration is weakening, and the spatial difference is gradually increasing.(2)The world’s oil resource exports are fluctuating and rising, and the export quantity and proportion of each continent are obviously different. The spatial distribution has gone through the evolutionprocess of "east-west" → "northeast-southwest" → "east-west".The spatial difference is gradually narrowing, and the agglomeration distribution trend is increasingly obvious.(3)The scale of the world’s oil resource flow network is expanding, the connectivity and accessibility of the network are increasing, the relationship between oil flows is becoming more complex, and the oil resource flow network presents typical small world characteristics.(4)The development situation of oil flow network: “leader” countries in the oil flow network have changed steadily, the control capacity of “central actors” role and “intermediary” role have gradually strengthens, and there are differences between the countries with strong core dominance and the countries with strong intermediary ability in the network structure.(5)The distribution of oil flow network is a typical circle structure of "core + sub core + sub edge + edge".The higher the core degree, the stronger the oil flow exists among the countries, the weaker the oil flow relationship among the edge countries, and the homogeneity of the core countries of the oil flow network is increasingly obvious.(6)China’s role as a "middleman" and "core" in the oil flow network has been gradually weakened. The close relationship between China and other countries’ oil flows has been on the decline. The efficiency of oil transmission has been on the decline first, then on the rise, and finally on the decline.Oil exports are mainly concentrated in the Asia Pacific region, and the source of imports has been gradually transferred to the Middle East,Africa and the Americas. Finally, this paper analyzes the current situation of China’s oil cooperation with the Middle East,Russia,Africa and Latin America, and points out that there are three dilemmas in China’s foreign oil cooperation: "geopolitical game","oil price fluctuation" and "channel construction".In order to better carry out oil cooperation and ensure China’s oil security,in the future,it is necessary to build a comprehensive "world oil Internet" in the new era, strive for the right of discourse in oil price pricing, establish a risk and security assessment system for oil cooperation, adopt oil cooperation methods according to local conditions, actively strengthen the construction of energy channels, build a three-dimensional transportation network for oil import, and strengthen and promote " one belt, one road" oil cooperation. |
