Modeling Design Research Of JWF1589 Spinning Frame

This paper investigates and analyzes the design status and related theories of textile machinery products at home and abroad,and further analyzes them by means of comparative analysis.It is found that most domestic textile machinery enterprises pay attention to the mechanical quality and technical research and development of equipment,and most of them are subject to cost in appearance.The cost and the limitations of the existing structure are less considered in terms of aesthetics and human-computer interaction.There is a problem that the product function,structure and shape cannot be highly unified.Firstly,the importance of industrial design in the design of textile machinery and equipment is pointed out.Sexuality,expounding the relationship between product function,structure and form design,and exploring how to use the family factor of the enterprise to establish the brand image of the equipment.The comprehensive application of functional design ideas and methods,structural design,human-machine theory,aesthetic design,and family design provides a new way for enterprises to achieve product upgrades and improve product quality-"unified design."The project integrates the “unified design” system into the “JWF1589 Spinning Machine Appearance Design Research” project of Jingwei Textile Machinery Co.,Ltd.,through field research and communication with the technical staff of the plant,through functional theory design ideas and methods,through the equipment The analysis and synthesis of functions,the abstraction and concreteness of structural systems,the changes and combinations of modeling units,and finally the design of a highly unified device image of functions,structures and shapes,effectively improving the ease of use of the device,Safety and aesthetics.After the design of the "uniform design" system,it clarifies that the functional design idea has certain guiding significance for the design of textile machinery equipment,which can effectively avoid functionalism or styling,and fully satisfy the two-way demand of product function and aesthetics.It also verifies that the uniform design of function,structure and shape is conducive to improving the overall appearance and aesthetic appearance of textile machinery equipment.The unified design of technology and art is conducive to improving product quality and enhancing its competitiveness.
