| Textile industry is a strong point in the field of traditional manufacturing in China,but most companies still rely on human resources for a long time,the level of intelligentization of the workshop is not high,seriously restricting the development of China’s textile industry.It is of great significance to design and develop a set of intelligent terminals adapted to the needs of our textile workshops.From the point of view of ergonomics,this paper studies three relationships among textile workers,spinning frames and workshops,it introduces personnel positioning technology and intelligent algorithm path planning to find the optimal wiring path for workers,this will significantly reduce the labor intensity of workers,improve the efficiency of enterprises.The main contents of this paper include the following aspects:Firstly,the basic theories related to product design are introduced,including ergonomics and user interface design,indoor positioning technology and path planning;Based on ergonomics,user investigation and product investigation,two sets of wristwatch intelligent terminal shapes and sizes are determined on the basis of comprehensive analysis.Then,starting from the relationship between people and environment,RFID and location fingerprint technology are combined to realize the positioning of personnel in the textile workshop.On the basis of analyzing the relationship between human and spinning frame,ant colony algorithm is applied to the personnel path planning of textile workshop,find the optimal path of the position of the personnel and the spinning frame of the spinning frame,the simulation experiment was carried out in the MAT1AB,and the path guidance of the personnel was realized.Finally,for this particular group of workers,combined with the theory of visual ergonomics,a interactive interface with alarm,location,sign in and so on is designed. |
