Research On The Design Of Rapier Loom Based On Ergonomics During Use

With the increasingly fierce competition in the international textile market,textile machinery technology both at home and abroad have reached a high level,textile machinery and equipment is trying to be on the comprehensive level of products to a higher level.Appearance modeling attracts more and more people's attention,becoming the main way to form brand image.Ergonomics is the most important link in the design,is an important means to improve the equipment operation experience,from the ergonomics perspective combined with the actual case,found the problem from the actual production,operation of equipment,so as to point out design problems.This paper through the analysis of the overall shape of the rapier loom and rapier loom operation process,found that the people related factors loom,the use of theoretical knowledge to solve the loom in the man-machine engineering design problems,in order to get the design ideas of rapier loom.This paper analyzes the present situation of loom development and the present situation of ergonomics,and expounds the purpose,significance and content of this subject.Through the actual project,each component of ergonomics knowledge into equipment,so as to design,machine,environment of the entire system,and the design of rapier loom is thorough and comprehensive study.The design in this paper is to establish a branch in Yuci Jingwei Textile Machinery Limited by Share Ltd rapier loom JWG1738 actual project,applying the method in the actual project,combined with theoretical knowledge,given the rapier loom design scheme,which summed up the rapier loom design specification,design method of rapier loom.
