Biological industry is one of the strategic emerging industries in China.The country has issued a number of policy documents to promote the development of this industry,making the biological industry become one of the power sources of high-quality economic growth in China,and also hopes that the biological industry will become the economic pillar industry in China in the future.,the scale of China's biological industry is expected to exceed 10 trillion yuan in 2020,accounting for more than 4%of GDP.According to statistics,the scale of the biological industry has achieved a compound annual growth rate of more than 15%in the past five years,which is the fastest growing region in the world.WZ biotechnology company as an industry's rising star,in the biological reagents,antitumor drug development and clinical gene diagnosis technology three areas has obtained certain achievements,but in nearly three years to the development of the enterprise,the development of the enterprise encountered bottleneck,enterprise because technical features upfront investment cycle is long,slow investment income effect,and as a high-tech enterprise,and must ensure that sufficient high-quality scientific research personnel,so human resources especially high-quality talents for the development of enterprises is particularly important.And this part of the employee's spiritual pursuit is relative taller,matching to the enterprise culture with its own development requirements are relatively high,if the enterprise is unable to grasp the good employees about enterprise organization culture identity,so companies are likely to loss these core talent,therefore according to the enterprise own development stage and characteristics of the enterprise to create its own organizational culture,also gradually to the attention of the WZ enterprise managers.Managers need to put the construction of enterprise organizational culture on the agenda,and regard employees' recognition of enterprise organizational culture as the key construction content of enterprise organizational culture.This research mainly around how WZ enterprise organization culture identity of lifting scheme,first of all,through summarizing the relevant research of domestic and international organization culture identity,in the full knowledge to concepts such as organizational culture,organizational identification,on the basis of research measure dimension of enterprise organization culture identity and the influencing factors of enterprise organization culture identity;Secondly,through the reasonable design of the questionnaire to find out the weakness of the enterprise in the organizational cultural identity,the data shows that more than 20%of the people in the cognitive identity and emotional identity for the enterprise recognition degree is low;Then,we carried out face-to-face interviews with employees in view of these weak aspects,designed topics to reflect the inner demands of employees,found specific problems existing in the organizational culture of enterprises,and described the causes of the problems in detail.Finally,appropriate measures should be taken to improve the recognition degree of enterprise organizational culture by establishing and improving the propaganda and training system of enterprise organizational culture,establishing a fair salary system,and improving employee performance evaluation.
