As the pillar industry of China’s national economy,the high-quality development of the construction industry has always been the focus of work of relevant government departments.However,due to the high risk of the construction itself,safety accidents occur frequently,which has brought about the healthy development of the construction industry The challenges have also brought some undesirable social impacts.In this context,the construction of a construction safety risk grading management and control system as a management system innovation has been promoted with the strong promotion of the country,and has formed a good working atmosphere in various provinces and cities.This puts the top priority of enterprises in carrying out work safety.This article first analyzes the current research status at home and abroad,and points out the problems existing in the construction of China’s current construction safety risk management system.The literature analysis method was used to clarify the corresponding concepts and main interrelationships in the grading management system for safety risks in building construction;Based on this,the case analysis method was used to analyze and analyze 75 major construction safety accidents from 2014 to 2017.Refined the four major construction safety risk factors of method,environment,ability,and size.The responsibility subjects of the safety risk classification management and control system are divided into five major entities: construction unit,construction unit,supervision unit,monitoring unit,and survey and design unit,and their responsibilities in the risk classification management and control are defined.According to the risk classification management and control process,the method and scope of risk point division were clarified.Using expert survey method,based on the cloud model and LC method,a more suitable safety risk classification model for the construction industry was established,and various levels of risk response methods were formulated.Designed a dynamic management mechanism for risk classification management system.Finally,five typical construction safety accidents were selected,and the safety risk classification method was verified by comparing the risk classification results with the accident levels.In summary,this article takes the safety risk classification control system as the theoretical basis,takes the safety risk in the construction field as the research object,clarifies the related concepts of the safety risk classification control system construction,and uses case analysis,expert investigation,cloud model and LC Methods such as identification,analysis and assessment of construction safety risk factors,assessment and grading,formulation of response measures,division of management and control responsibilities,etc.,combined with the PDCA cycle theory,rationally set up the system ’s dynamic operating mechanism and constructed a system that is more consistent with the characteristics of the construction industry The safety risk grading management and control system can provide theoretical guidance for the construction practice of the safety risk grading management and control system of construction enterprises.
