Research On The Countermeasures For The Ecological Environment Management Of Fishing Villages In Dalian

The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward five requirements for the rural revitalization strategy: industrial prosperity,ecological livability,rural civilization,effective governance,and affluent life.Among them,ecological livability is the basis for realizing the rural revitalization strategy.The governance of the ecological environment is an important proposition concerning the sustainable development of human beings.With the continuous advancement of urbanization in China,the rural economy has achieved rapid development,and the agricultural industry has made great progress,but the environmental problems brought about by it have become increasingly prominent.The rural ecological environment has been seriously damaged,ecological imbalance,and natural resource utilization.Reducing has seriously restricted the sustainable development of rural areas.Fishery is a traditional advantageous industry in Dalian.The construction of new fishing villages in Dalian is the focus of the government.The ecological environment construction of fishing villages has become a key issue that plagues the government and society.Based on the existing research results in the academic world,this paper takes the ecological environment of Dalian fishing village as the research goal,analyzes the damage of the ecological environment of the fishing village in Dalian,and discusses the problems existing in the ecological environment management of the fishing village in Dalian.Investigations and visits revealed that the ecological environment of the fishing villages in Dalian was mainly damaged by the destruction of villages and villages,the groundwater and soil were invaded by toxic substances such as domestic garbage,and the large-scale non-standard offshore culture caused the damage of islands and offshore water quality,rural toilets,etc.The pollution is more common and the wetland is degraded.This paper analyzes and summarizes the causes of the leaders through the questionnaire survey.The main reasons for the villagers are the poor environmental awareness of the villagers,the lack of awareness of the ecological environment protection of the fishing villages,and the irregular behavior of daily life.Wait.The status quo of society: The main reason is that the dual economic structure of urban and rural areas in Dalian is remarkable,and most fishing villages are pursuing contradictions between short-term economic interests and ecological civilization.Therefore,in response to these problems,I have proposed corresponding policy recommendations from both the government and the villagers,including strengthening targeted management of fishery ecological and environmental issues,vigorously improving the production and living environment of beautiful fishing villages,and improving the ecosystem protection system for fishing villages.Learn the typical demonstration of ecological environment management in fishing villages,develop the collective economy of fishing villages,cultivate the awareness of new fishery and democracy,and provide better suggestions for the ecological environment management of beautiful fishing villages in Dalian.
