An Empirical Study On The Impact Of Oil Firm Supplier Management On Supply Chain Performance

In the new era,the trend of global economic integration continues to strengthen,and the cooperation and competition game between enterprises is more intense.Market competition will evolve from a single competition at the enterprise level to a comparison of supply chain capabilities.Intelligent supply chain management has become an effective way for oil enterprises to cope with the squeeze of new energy on market capacity and the sharp fluctuation of crude oil prices.The theory and application of supply chain management in the oil industry have been enriched and developed through the combination of academic theoretical discussion and the practice of the oil industry itself.As an advanced management concept,the method,technology and thinking mode of supply chain management have also been applied by many industries.Practice has proved that supply chain management is an effective method to realize the optimal allocation of resources and improve enterprise performance.Supply chain operation reference model(SCOR)is a standardized tool of supply chain widely used by many enterprises.It comprehensively evaluates the operation efficiency of enterprise supply chain and help enterprises improve market competitiveness.As a special energy industry,the oil industry has important practical significance for controlling operating costs,improving enterprise performance and market competitiveness by improving the ability of supply chain management and building a modern supply chain mode with integrated business processes.This thesis first expounds the literature research results on the relevant theories of supply chain management,summarizes the current situation and management philosophy of supply chain management in China,and focuses on the impact of chain management capability on enterprise performance from the two aspects of total cost management and asset management efficiency of supply chain.As the theoretical basis of empirical analysis of supply chain capability on the performance of Listed Companies in China’s oil industry;Secondly,within the scope of SCOR model,this thesis empirically analyzes the relationship between supply chain ability and enterprise performance of Listed Companies in China’s oil industry,establishes a panel data model,and specifically analyzes the correlation between various indicators of supply chain management ability and enterprise performance indicators of Listed Companies in China’s oil industry;Finally,according to the normative and empirical analysis of the article,this thesis puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the supply chain management ability of Listed Companies in China’s oil industry.
