The neodymium ferric boron industry has grown up with the increase of homogeneous competition.The competitive factors have been transformed from simple productivity enhancement and product performance enhancement to custom-made products,which are closely integrated with customer needs in product design,development and production.Facing the competitive environment of the industry,enterprises,in order to survive and develop,have all promoted the core competitiveness of enterprises by enhancing the ability of new product development.It is well known that new product development is a product development work with wide scope,complicated process and long cycle.If we want to change and upgrade,we face many challenges,and the rapid development of project management methods in China in recent years provides a breakthrough for this upgrading.Based on the market and development status of the magnetic material industry,this paper studies and analyses the project management organization structure,new product development process,project plan management,project quality management,and so on.It points out the problems existing in the process of new product development.At the end of the thesis,the optimization research is summarized and reviewed,and the future prospects are discussed.We hope that through the research in this paper,we can provide some guidance to the new product development process improvement of Y company,and help the quality improvement and cycle compression of the new product development process.At the same time,it can provide reference for the development of new products in other industries.
