Along with the swift and violent development of society and economy,traditional fossil fuels can not meet the requirements of existing energy sources.At the same time,the combustion of fossil fuel results in the increasingly serious environmental problem.Hydrogen energy is clean,pollution-free and reproducible,which conforms to the concept of pursuing clear waters and green mountains in modern society.Rational utilization of hydrogen energy helps to resolve the problems of world energy and alleviates the crisis of human existence.Nowadays,seeking a safe and effective method of hydrogen storage is an important link to make good use of hydrogen energy.And the key point of hydrogen storage research is to use solid hydrogen storage materials to store and supply hydrogen.To popularize the application of hydrogen storage materials,it is necessary to master their related properties by testing PCT curves and dynamic curves of hydrogen storage materials.In view of the limited types and quantities of relevant testing devices at home and abroad,together with the increasingly updated testing methods,it is urgent to develop a hydrogen storage material performance testing device that meets the new testing requirements.Based on the actual test requirements,this paper uses LabVIEW software to develop three sets of hydrogen storage material performance test systems,and optimize the program to improve its test accuracy.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,a dynamic test system for hydrogen absorption and desorption of hydrogen storage materials with manual valves was developed.Debug the problems encountered in the test and analyze the test process of the dynamics and then write the corresponding test program as required.The test results are validated to ensure the accuracy of the dynamics hydrogen absorption and desorption calculation.Secondly,a set of multi-functional automatic hydrogen storage material performance testing device with multi-channel cycle,PCT curve and dynamic curve was developed.After completing the whole structure design,a new virtual assembly drawing is drawn by SolidWorks software,and the entity is built accordingly.The temperature control,air tightness and volume of the cavity are also measured and debugged.LabVIEW software is used to optimize the test interface,then use the DAQmx function to collect data,compile and improve the corresponding test program by building the state machine.Finally,the real-time storage of data is realized in the form of TXT reports.The analysis of the test curve shows that the overall performance of the testing device is excellent.Thirdly,a automatic testing system for hydrogen storage materials at low pressure was developed.Test the leak rate of each cavity,accurately calculate the volume of each cavity according to the model,and compile a calculation formula for the newly added output values H/M and Ch-Design and write an automatic TPD test program,improve and optimize some functions of the automatic PCT test program and report generation.The test results show that the curve shape is correct and the output value is calculated accurately.Finally,the design scheme to improve the efficiency of the test program is summarized,and two ways of viewing memory information are provided.
