Tanks are mainly used to store oil and are an indispensable part of large machinery and equipment.If there is any excess in the initial processing tank,if it is not detected and dealt with in time,the excess will enter the engine through the oil supply system,aggravate the wear of engine parts,and even cause an accident.Acoustic emission detection technology can "see through" the storage tank,which is an important method for the detection of excess material in the storage tank,and has been rapidly developed in recent years.Although the tank welding is carried out in a clean and hygienic environment,there will inevitably be welding slag,iron filings and other excesses in the newly welded tank.This paper takes the newly welded storage tank of the production line as the research object.Through the combination of acoustic emission detection technology and Lab VIEW software,the existence and location information of excess objects are studied.The main research contents of the paper include:(1)This paper analyzes the principle of detecting the surplus of the tank,discusses the modal and frequency domain components of the acoustic emission signal of the tank,and determines the actual wave velocity of the tank.In order to improve the detection accuracy,based on the principle of time reversal,and on the basis of the positioning of the plate-shaped acoustic emission source,a scanning model for the localization of foreign objects in the tank was constructed,and an imaging algorithm for the localization of foreign objects in the tank was proposed to realize the acoustic emission source of the tank.Localized imaging.The method achieves high positioning accuracy of the storage tank on the premise of ensuring the reliability of the detection process.(2)In order to effectively obtain the acoustic emission signal,the COMSOL software was used to simulate the acoustic emission signal,and the reasonable sensor type was selected through the simulation results,forming a set of R15α acoustic emission sensor,2/4/6-AST preamplifier,Micro-Ⅱ Express acoustic emission The collection box is an instrument and hardware system suitable for the detection of excess material in the tank,and the acoustic emission technology is applied to the monitoring of box components,providing hardware support for the accurate detection of excess material in the tank.(3)Design and develop the online detection software of tank excess based on Lab VIEW,through the modular design method,the software development of the four-channel excess tank detection system integrating acquisition,storage,analysis and positioning is carried out.The system is connected to the PC through the dynamic link library,and each module is displayed in the Lab VIEW software interface.At the same time,the location of the acoustic emission source is expressed in the form of an intensity map in the localization module through the processing of the foreign body localization imaging algorithm in the tank.The comprehensive optimal scheme of the operating efficiency and stability of the software system is realized.The research shows that the Lab VIEW-based storage tank excess detection system designed in this thesis has been experimentally verified on the 5052 aluminum alloy folded plate.The positioning error is controlled within 5%,which meets the needs of the project and provides a basis for the follow-up research on the excess of box-type parts.
